Wissam Ben Yedder named MVP of the season!

Second top scorer in Ligue 1 with 25 goals, the captain of the Rouge et Blanc was voted MVP of the season by you, the fans on the AS Monaco App.

The competition was fierce, and the choice was really not easy to make. Called to vote for the MVP of the season on the AS Monaco App, the Rouge et Blanc supporters ended up deciding and selecting, as part of a collective that worked very well, Wissam Ben Yedder as the best player this season.

The Monegasque captain, who was selected with 80% of the votes, was rewarded for a superb season, during which he notably scored 25 goals in Ligue 1 (a personal best), allowing him to finish in second place in the goalscorers’ table, just behind Kylian Mbappé (28).

Aurélien Tchouameni, who sparkled in midfield and was named, like Wissam Ben Yedder, in the team of the season at the Trophées UNFP, came second in this vote, with 17% of the vote.
