A first cap for Vanderson with Brazil!
It was his first appearance in the big time! This Saturday, Brazil faced Guinea in a friendly match played in Spain. With a dominant win in this match (4-1), the Seleção gained confidence and granted playing time to several players in the squad, including Vanderson who earned his first cap when he came on in added time.
An impressive display from Brazil
On the bench at kick-off, the Monegasque right back had a close up view to admire the efficiency of his teammates, who went two goals ahead after half an hour of play thanks to Joelinton and Rodrygo. If the Guineans managed to close the gap before half-time, Madrid defender Militao gave new life to his team when they returned from the locker room, before Vinicius finished the scoring from the penalty spot at the end of the match (88′, 4-1) .

Even if he did not have time to show himself in two minutes of play, the native of Rondonópolis will have another opportunity to prove his qualities Tuesday evening at 9 p.m., with a final match this season against Senegal. He will thus reuinte with his teammates in Rouge et Blanc — Krépin Diatta and Ismail Jakobs — and could even defend against the latter. Parabens Vandi! 🇧🇷
