Two Monegasques in the Nations League final!
Is a first title in Blue in the offing for Aurélien Tchouameni and Wissam Ben Yedder? AS Monaco’s two representatives in the France team are only one step away from victory in the Nations League, after reaching the final following a big win on Thursday, beating Belgium after a crazy match ( 3-2).
If the AS Monaco captain did not feature, Aurélien Tchouameni did take part in this match, earning his 4th cap on replacing Adrien Rabiot in the 75th minute. It was a quarter of an hour during which he showed his abilities, notably completing 92% of his passes (including 7 in the opposing half) and coming close to scoring on a shot saved by Thibaut Courtois.

A semifinal with a Monegasque flavor
This Nations League semi-final also had a strong red and white color, as Yannick Ferreira-Carrasco had opened the scoring for the Belgians (37′), before Kylian Mbappé, also trained at the Club, equalized at two all from the penalty spot after a foul by Youri Tielemans (69′), who played for the Club between May 2017 and January 2019. The French team will now play the final tonight in Turin (8:45 pm) against Spain . The Club wish all the best to Wissam and Aurélien in tonight’s final!
