Mohamed Camara: "We have a high quality squad"

Europe is back watch for AS Monaco! 24 hours before the kick-off of the first matchday of the Europa League against Red Star Belgrade on the lawn of the Stadion Rajko Mitic (kick-off at 9 p.m.), Mohamed Camara spoke at a press conference before the game.

A European adventure

We have a very close-knit and united squad. We have a lot of quality in the squad with a lot of young talent. I am convinced that we are going to have a very good season, in Ligue 1 but also in the Europa League. It is up to us to respond and pull in the same direction. You have to give 100% in every game to go as far as possible in all of the competitions in which we are involved; it starts tomorrow against Red Star.

His welcome at Monaco and his current form

I have been very well received by my teammates and the staff. I have been put in the best possible conditions and this facilitated my integration. I’m very happy to be here and wear this jersey. As for my physical condition, I’ve been playing games and I feel good, even if I haven’t had as much of a preseason. With time and the accumulation of matches, I will be even more efficient.
