Julien Serrano is released from his contract
Trained at AS Monaco and winner of the Coupe Gambardella in 2016, the Aix-en-Provence native also participated in the UEFA Youth League with the Rouge et Blanc. In April 2018, he made his Ligue 1 Uber Eats debut with Monaco colors before playing in the Champions League the following season.

He made 11 appearances in the Diagonale as well as spending time on loan at Cercle Bruges and AS Béziers, before spending a full season at Livingston FC, who finished fifth in the last edition of the Scottish Championship (31 matches, 1 goal).
