Félix Lemarechal joins RC Strasbourg
AS Monaco announces the departure of Félix Lemarechal. The 21-year-old French midfielder trained at the Academy is joining RC Strasbourg (Ligue 1).

Having arrived at AS Monaco from Tours FC in the summer of 2019, Félix Lemarechal completed his training within the Academy before signing his first professional contract in 2021.

The Elite Groupe and the first team

Several months later, on October 16 2021, he played his first minutes as a pro against Olympique Lyonnais before starting  in the qualification of the Monégasques against Quevilly in the Coupe de France, on January 2 2022.

At the same time, Félix played in the Elite Group and was able to compete against the best European teams, including Arsenal, Brighton and Manchester United, before going on loan to Brest (Ligue 1) during the second half of the 2022-2023 season.

A successful season at Cercle Bruges

Again on loan last season, Felix Lemarechal distinguished himself in the Belgian league with Cercle Bruges, the sister club of the Rouge et Blanc. With the Groen-Zwart, he played 32 matches (2 goals and 5 assists) and thus contributed to Cercle’s historic season in the Jupiler Pro League, in which they qualified for the Europa League.

The Club wishes Félix the best for the rest of his career!
