Discover the complete calendar of AS Monaco for the next L1 season
It’s already time to dive into the 2022-2023 season! After finishing on the podium in the last two seasons, AS Monaco will resume Ligue 1 with a trip to Strasbourg on 5, 6 or 7 August at La Meinau, before hosting Rennes the following week.
The two derbies against OGC Nice have been scheduled for 4 September (away) and 26 February (home), while the games against reigning French champion PSG will take place on Sunday 28 August at the Parc des Princes (matchday 4) and on the weekend of 11-12 February 2023 at home, on matchday 23.
A “French Boxing Day”
Due to the World Cup, which will be played from 21 November to 18 December in Qatar, the championship will take a break after matchday 15 (12-13 November) and will resume on 28 December with a “French Boxing Day”, during which Monaco will play AJ Auxerre away.
The Red and Whites will also play Brest on 1 January, and will end their season on the Louis-II turf against Toulouse on Sunday 4 June. It should be remembered that at the end of the season, four teams will be relegated to Ligue 2 and only two will be promoted, in order to reduce the elite to 18 clubs.
