Disasi and Fofana join Les Bleus for Euro Qualifying
They are in the process of becoming regular members of the French team. Called up for the first time in September and before the World Cup, Youssouf Fofana and Axel Disasi have consistently been called up since. This set of games in June is no exception to the rule as the Monegasque midfielder and defender are once again present in the squad.
Didier Deschamps has announced his 𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗳 2️⃣3️⃣ 𝗕𝗹𝗲𝘂𝘀 for our two upcoming @EURO2024 qualifiers 👊

Two matches to take a big step towards qualification
The number Rouge et Blanc numbers 6 and 19 are indeed in a list of 23 players set to play two games against Gibraltar, on the 16th, and Greece, three days later, as part of qualification for Euro 2024.
France have made a good start in these qualifiers in beating the Netherlands (4-0) and Ireland (1-0), and Les Bleus will now face very managable opponents who should allow them to continue to top the standings, before facing Ireland in September, and thus get closer to sealing their place in continental competition.

They will join two former Monégasques
They’ll be joined by former AS Monaco midfielder Aurélien Tchouameni, who has also been called up as well. And of course there is also Kylian Mbappé, who was Ligue 1 champion with the Club in 2017, who has the opportunity to catch up to Michel Platini in fourth place among the top scorers in the history of the French national team. For that, he will have to score three more goals. Bravo Axel and Youssouf and good luck! 🇫🇷
