The Academy once again at the top of French football! After an exceptional run which saw our Rouge et Blanc win six times away from home (Vénissieux, Aubagne, Nancy, Rouen, Nantes, Pau) before heading to the Stade de France, the AS Monaco U-18s lifted the prestigious Coupe Gambardella for the fifth time in the Club’s history.
A winning duo at the head of the team
In beating Clermont (4-2), the teammates of Joan Tincres, scorer and MVP for La Diagonale in April, have thus written their own story. It was the ultimate reward for this group led by the duo of Frédéric Barilaro – Manu Dos Santos, coaches of the Monegasque U19s and U17s, who rose to every challenge. But it’s also, above all, the triumph of a “family”, which has chased its dreams, as one of its leaders, Mayssam Benama, explained very well, with the frankness that characterizes him.

It was therefore necessary to immortalize this moment in the most beautiful way, so that the images can remain.
