AS Monaco to face Stade de Reims in the CdF Round of 32
A successful entry into the competition! The Monegasques defeated L’Union Saint-Jean, on the occasion of the Round of 64 of the Coupe de France (1-4), played at the Stadium de Toulouse. The Rouge et Blanc will therefore continue their adventure and they already know their next opponent, since the draw for the Round of 32 took place immediately afterwards this Sunday evening.
A second act in as many months
While thirteen Ligue 1 teams are still in the running, and while the “minnows” of National 3, Bourgoin-Jallieu, Dives-Cabourg, Espaly and Thaon, have escaped to the round of 32, the players of Adi Hütter will face Stade de Reims. It will be a good challenge for the teammates of Eliesse Ben Seghir, scorer of the first Monaco goal of the match against Union Saint-Jean, who will want to make the Club’s history speak for itself in the round of 32.
