The AS Monaco App is evolving and moving to single identification!
Are you one of the Club’s most loyal supporters, and do you follow its news every day thanks to the AS Monaco App? Don’t change your habits, you’ve got the right instincts! This Wednesday, you’ll even be able to go further in your fan experience, via the new version of your mobile application, available on Google Play and Apple Store. You should also receive a notification shortly to encourage you to update it.
Unique identifiers for the App and ticketing!📲
In line with its digitalization, AS Monaco is now offering you the opportunity to switch to a single sign-on. What does this mean in concrete terms? From now on, to log in to the AS Monaco App or your ticketing account, you will simply need to use your ticketing credentials (email + password), if you have one, or to recreate an account. You will then only need these unique credentials to use the AS Monaco App and access your ticketing area.
🤯 If we lost you on the way, here are the different scenarios that may arise for you:
– You do not have an AS Monaco App account or a ticketing account > you can create an account with unique identifiers (email + password) for both platforms
– You have an AS Monaco App account but no ticketing account > you must still recreate an account
– You have a ticketing account but no AS Monaco App account > you can use your ticketing identifiers to connect to the App without creating an account
– You have an AS Monaco App and ticketing account with the same identifiers > you can also connect with your ticketing identifiers on the App without recreating an account
– You have an AS Monaco App and ticketing account with different identifiers > follow the steps set out below*
⚠️ Warning! Indeed, if you are in the last case, and the email of your ticketing account is different from the one you use for the application, your points will be set to 0. But don’t panic, here’s how to recover them in a few clicks, so you won’t lose your data.
🗓️ Steps to follow:
– Log in to the AS Monaco App
– Once logged in to the application, go to your profile (photo at the top right of the app) then go to My information > Manage emails
– You can then add one or more emails (the one for the account where your points are attached), before following the procedure
– Once the email(s) have been added, log out then log back in > a few minutes later you should find all your points history

*The people concerned by the recovery of points are the people whose email associated with the ticketing account is different from the email associated with the AS Monaco App account
